Looking for a high-capacity truck-load conveyor that can safely handle oilseeds as well as cereals, pulses, and fertilizer? Here’s great news. Convey-All 1600 Series Truck-Load Conveyors are now oilseed friendly.
The 1650-TL and 1658-TL's new oil-damage prevention features include a chevron-patterned belt for superior seed carriage. Its skived edges allow it to slide snugly between two layers of flashing. This creates a tight seal that prevents oilseeds from slipping in and reaching the narrow space between the belt and rollers.
This is important because seeds can easily be crushed, leaking oil that binds with debris and degrades the integrity and longevity of your belt. Softening, warping, and shrinking belts no longer run straight or handle well. They wear thin, and eventually snap - creating downtime and expense farmers can’t afford. So Convey-All provides extra security with a barrier at the conveyor throat and a scraper under the belt. This makes for safe and virtually worry-free oilseed handling.

Both the Convey-All 1650-TL and 1658-TL Oilseed Series conveyors maintain their original, convenient truck-load features. These include:
Hydraulic Power: Eliminates the need for belts, pulleys, chains, or sprockets, giving you less slippage, wearing parts, and service points to worry about. Not only do fewer moving parts reduce your maintenance, but they also make operation easier and safer.
Axle-Mounted Engine and Fuel Tank: Provides easy access for service. It also creates a low center of gravity for easier, safer towing at highway speed.
Self-Contained Drive System: Easily maneuvers under your bin hopper then makes moving your conveyor from the bin to the truck an easy, walk-along job. The truck-load's hydraulic drive and heavy-duty mover kit are powered by a 37HP Vanguard engine. Features include hydraulic steering controls, hydraulic hopper lift, steel fuel tank, hydraulic oil reservoir, highway tires, and discharge hood with electric actuator.
