Need a reliable, low-cost solution without bells or whistles? Bin-Sense Solo is a grain storage monitoring system that sends you one reading once a day to your mobile phone.
Representing the mid-range of Bin-Sense remote grain storage monitoring technology, it’s ideal for keeping track of small to medium-sized bins. Remote Bin yards are a great location for Bin Sense Solo. A single Solo unit can automatically read up to four sensing cables and send grain condition information to the Bin-Sense Mobile app via a cellular connection.
Extra Information
Each bin you monitor will require its own Solo unit, but they’re easy to install. Once your bin cables are set up, just scan Solo on the Bin Sense app, attach the unit to the outer bin wall and connect the cable. You’re ready to start monitoring.

- Compatible with most OPI digital sensing cables, including 2021 moisture cables with new sensors
- Solo units read cables once daily at 4:00 PM
- Randomly assigned a daily call-in time between 4:15 PM and 6:00 AM
- One week of past data is visible on the Bin-Sense mobile app and website
- Automatic level detection is not available. Users can manually set sensors as covered or exposed to estimate grain volumes.
- Cellular booster antennas are not compatible with Bin-Sense Solo devices.
